Taine Hall - Registered Psychologist at Westmind Psychology in Alfred Cove, Western Australia

Meet Taine Hall

Taine brings a deeply compassionate and curious approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that meaningful change emerges from a secure, trusting therapeutic relationship. With experience across community Alcohol and Other Drug services and private hospital settings, he works with individuals navigating a wide spectrum of mental health challenges.

Drawing from psychodynamic and attachment theories, Taine helps clients explore the often unconscious patterns that shape their emotional and relational experiences. By bringing these patterns into awareness, new possibilities emerge—for understanding yourself differently, relating to others more authentically, and engaging with the world in more fulfilling ways.

While his work is rooted in depth psychology, Taine integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness practices, creating a tailored approach that honors your unique journey and needs.

Taine also has experience working with victims of motor vehicle accidents receiving care under the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA). If you have been injured in a road accident and are experiencing psychological distress as a result, Westmind Psychology can support your recovery — please get in touch to discuss your situation and confirm your coverage.
